Description

The body is made from Cocus wood

This flute was made before Dave & Marlene started adding their maker's mark which I'd put this at being made ~ 2002 (plus or minus)

Quiet & mellow voiced with thicker brass bell ring - something which Pat O'Dwyer offered for a more solid feel in the hand as the LonDubh was quite light in the hands otherwise - especially the rosewood versions

This John Sindt High D is in as-new condition

Olwell Blackwood & Silver Pratten br Cotter The body is made fromA right "cracker" of a flute a classic Olwell Pratten, believed to date from the early 1990s based on its serial number (563). Rather than the usual two piece Pratten, this one has a three piece body with a split center section, which lets players who like to set their left and right hands slightly out of line adjust the alignment to suit.
